Water based formula designed with 4 separate ceramics: two are reflective, one acts as a dead air space between the coating surface and substrate, and one blocks 99.5% infrared radiation.  Urethane resin binds all other resins and ceramics and provides a vapor barrier in the dry film.  Dries: 4 hours, Cures: 14 days.

Tough, medium speed, chemically curing two-component polyurethane enamel.  Resistant to stains, chemicals and solvents.  Scuff, mar and impact resistant.  Resistant to weather, water and humidity.  UV resistant.  Self-leveling formula gives a smooth finished surface appearance.

With non-skid element added, surface looks glossy, but is not slippery.  Non Skid I contains smooth silicon sand, Non Skid II uses hard quartz aggregate.

Water based, 2 component, amine cured, Epoxy coating.  Ceramic particles can be added for slip resistance.  Penetrates concrete substrate to produce a water & chemical resistant surface.

FIRE PROTECTION COATINGS - HOT SURFACE COATINGS

FIRE PROTECTION COATING

Water based formula containing 8 ceramic compounds.  Forms a heat block against extreme heat migration.  Flexible to withstand severe climate changes & heat peaks.  Can be used as a high temperature heat insulator.

Dries: 8 hours (touch); 12 hours to overcoat

Cures: 21 days

Resistant to corrosion, fungus & mildew.  Adheres directly to metal, concrete, stucco, plasterboard, wood, fiberglass, plastics & composites for fire retardance.  Stays intact above 2000F degrees.  400 dry mils provides 2-3 hours of fire rating on structural steel.
